1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, accessing a public invitation, submitting information, or otherwise using Together Forever, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
2. What Together Forever provides
Together Forever offers tools for creating and sharing invitations, collecting guest names and mailing addresses, organizing responses, preparing printable address labels, and publishing links to third-party registries. Some features may include optional artificial-intelligence assistance for visual styling. We may improve, add, remove, or limit features as the service develops.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, keep your password and account access secure, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You may not create an account using another person’s information without permission.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the text, images, audio, event details, registry links, guest information, and other materials you add to the service. You give Together Forever a limited permission to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload or publish your content, including photographs, artwork, music, names, addresses, and registry information. Do not upload content that infringes copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
5. Guest information and consent
Account holders are responsible for using guest information appropriately and for having a lawful reason to collect, store, print, or otherwise use it. Guest responses should be used only for the event and related communications reasonably expected by the people submitting them. You may not use collected addresses for unsolicited marketing, data brokerage, harassment, or unrelated purposes.
6. Public invitations and registry pages
Invitation and registry pages are available to people who have their unique URL. Although these pages are not intended to be indexed as account records, a link can be forwarded, copied, or accessed by an unintended recipient. You are responsible for deciding which content is appropriate to publish and for sharing the URL carefully.
Registry links lead to third-party websites. Together Forever does not operate those registries, process registry purchases, guarantee the availability or accuracy of listed items, or control a third party’s terms, privacy practices, fulfillment, returns, or security.
7. Address labels and printed output
The service can format guest information for common label layouts and generate print-ready output. Printers, browser settings, paper, scaling, and label products vary. You are responsible for reviewing the preview, confirming names and addresses, selecting the correct label format, and testing alignment before printing a full sheet.
8. AI-assisted styling
When you request an AI-generated style, the service may generate suggestions for visual settings such as colors, typography, form style, image placement, and card appearance. Suggestions may be incomplete, inconsistent, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and approving a generated design before publishing it.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use Together Forever to violate law; infringe another person’s rights; impersonate someone; collect information deceptively; distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content; gain unauthorized access; interfere with the service; probe security controls; or create fraudulent, abusive, or misleading pages. You may not resell access to the service or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly allows.
10. Third-party services
Together Forever relies on service providers for functions such as authentication, hosting, storage, email delivery, file processing, and AI generation. Their availability may affect the service, and your interaction with linked third-party websites may be governed by those providers’ own terms and policies.
11. Intellectual property
The Together Forever name, software, site design, and service materials—excluding content provided by users—are owned by Together Forever or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms.
12. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available operation. We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features; introduce reasonable usage limits; or update these terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the service or another reasonable method.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, or address a material violation of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability—will remain in effect.
14. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Together Forever is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that invitations will reach every intended guest, that submitted addresses are accurate, that third-party registries will remain available, or that printed labels will align with every printer or product.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Together Forever and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Contact
Questions about these terms may be submitted through the support channel available within the service.
